THE CREATOR’S Will is That You Live Like Royalty 

 

ROM 1:25

For they (unbelievers) exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

 

JSH 24:15

“If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the (Euphrates) River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

 

1JO 1:5

This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

 

2CO 6:14

Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?

 

2CO 6:15 

Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever?

 

2CO 11:3

But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.

 

1CO 15:33-34

“Do not be deceived: Bad company corrupts good morals.//Become sober-minded as you ought, and stop sinning…”

 

CAESAR DESCRIBES THE GALATIANS

 “They are fickle in their resolves, fond of change, and they are not to be trusted.  

They are frank, impetuous, eminently intelligent, fond of show,

but extremely inconstant, the fruit of excessive vanity.”

 

GAL 1:6

I am amazed (astonished) that you are so quickly deserting Him (the Lord Jesus Christ) who called you (invited you to the privilege of salvation) by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel…

 

GAL 3:1

You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?

 

GAL 3:2

This is the only thing I want to find out from you (Galatians): did you receive the (baptism by the agency of God the Holy) Spirit by (doing) the works of the (Mosaic) Law, or by hearing (the gospel) with faith (alone in Christ alone)?

 

GAL 3:3

Are you so foolish? Having begun (the Christian Life) by the (baptism of God the Holy) Spirit, are you now being perfected by the (deeds you do in the) flesh?

 

GAL 4:9

But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?

 

GAL 4:10-11

You observe days and months and seasons and years.//I fear for you, that perhaps I have labored over you in vain.

When I Think About Home 

 

1PE 2:9

But you (believers in Christ) are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God's OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…

 

Do I live a rules based life or do I live a relationship based life?

 

Do I live in the bankruptcy of the self-life or in the riches of Christ?

 

Do I atone for my own sins by obsessing with them or do I take advantage of the grace provisions of the Cross and realize that the sin problem has been taken out of the way?

 

Do I live in doubt about my status with God or do realize the established facts of my victory as a Christian?

 

Do I live in slavery or in freedom?

 

Do I live in the prison of legalism or do I realize that I am redeemed?

 

Do I live life “on my own” or do I depend on God for His divine solutions?

 

GAL 4:1

Now I say, as long as the heir is a child, he does not differ at all from a slave although he is owner of everything…

 

GAL 4:5

…so that He (the Lord Jesus Christ) might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

 

GAL 4:7

Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.

 

PROPITIATION

God the Father is completely satisfied, and ONLY satisfied with the Lord Jesus Christ’s work on your behalf at the Cross, to handle the sin problem.  Now that God the Father is totally satisfied, you are

completely acceptable to Him.

 

2CO 11:3

ROM 7:24

Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?

 

ROM 7:25
