Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,//just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him.

As a believer in Christ, you can lose fellowship with God
If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness (of unbelief), we lie and do not practice the truth;//but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we (believers in Christ) have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
