Crucifixion and Resurrection Conquered Sin and Death
For (the) sin (nature) shall not be master over you, for you are not under (the Mosaic) law but (you Church Age believers are) under grace.
What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!
For if (1) the word spoken through angels proved unalterable (and it did), and (if) every transgression and disobedience received a just penalty (and it did), how will we (any creature) escape if we neglect (taking advantage of) so great a salvation?
But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of (the) sin (nature), you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed…
…and having been freed from (the sovereignty of the) sin (nature), you became slaves of righteousness.
For the law of (God) the (Holy) Spirit (the God) of (the Zoe) life (which comes from being) in (union with) Christ Jesus (has) made me free from the law of (the) sin (nature) and of (spiritual) death.
“When the Helper (the Parakletos) comes, whom I will send to you from (God) the Father, that is (God) the (Holy) Spirit of truth who proceeds from (God) the Father, He will testify about Me…”
“But when He, (God) the (Holy) Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.//He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you.
For what the (Mosaic) law could not do, in that it was weak (helpless) through the flesh, God (the Father), sending his own Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh…
…that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled (by God) in us, who walk not after the flesh (but instead reject its temptations), but (who walk) after the Spirit.
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption (of the body).
For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, (set their minds on) the things of the Spirit.
“I do not nullify the grace of God, for if (1) righteousness comes through the Law (and let’s assume for the sake of argument it does), then Christ died needlessly (at the Cross).”

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and (everyone in) your household (who also believes).
…but grow in the (sphere of) grace and (in the) knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
“But when He, (God) the (Holy) Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth…
‘He who has an ear, let him hear what (God) the (Holy) Spirit says to the churches.’
And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit…
…for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Therefore if (1) there is any encouragement in Christ (and there is), if (1) there is any consolation of (unconditional) love (and there is), if (1) there is any fellowship of the Spirit (and there is), if (1) any affection and compassion (and there is),//make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.
He (God the Father) who did not spare His own Son (the Lord Jesus Christ), but delivered Him over (as a substitute) for us all, how will He (God the Father) not also with (us in union with) Him freely give us all things?
My little children, I (John the apostle) am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous…
…and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.

However, you (believers in Christ) are not in the flesh but (you are) in the Spirit (En Pneumati), if(1) indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you (and it does). But if (1) anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ (and unbelievers don’t), he (the unbeliever) does not belong to Him (God).
